I have Lost my Activation Key. What I have to do?
In case you have lost your software activation key, send an email to our support staff with your order details. Our support staff will regenerate your software activation key and send it back to you in couple of minutes.
After ordering Recover Data Software, customers get the following details
1. Download Link from where the product can be downloaded.
2. Key Number, which will be used to activate the software.
To download the software, Please Click on the download link of the product. Once the downloading is completed, please click on the self-extracting file to start the installation process.
At the end of Installation process, software automatically creates executable file named as Activate.exe, if there is no internet connection available.
Then copy the Activate.exe file in a machine where there is internet connection and execute the file.
A Registration form is displayed. Please enter an active Email ID and the Key Number (…………………….) and Submit the form. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an Email in a few minutes (within one hour) having the Activation Password.
Click on the Product icon from the desktop in a machine where there is no internet connection and enter the Activation Password and Key Number.
Recover Data Software gets activated.
Can I upgrade Recover Data for FAT & NTFS Software?
In case if you want to upgrade your Recover Data for NTFS & Recover Data for FAT to Recover Data for FAT & NTFS Software, send an email to support staff with your previous ordering details, our support staff will send you the details of upgraded software.
What is the difference between Demo & Full Version of Recover Data Software?
The Demo version of Recover Data Software allows users to view the recovered files but only limit in the demo version is that you cannot save search results. You must purchase Full Version of the Recover Data Software to view the recovered file as well save them to the desired location.
I had filled up the Registration form, but I didn’t get Activation Key yet. What Should I do?
In case where after filling the registration form, you didn’t get the Activation Key, then you need to send an email to our support staff. Send an email with your ordering details to our support staff. Our Support staff will see to it and provides you Activation Key as soon as possible.
